Summer flew by so quickly that the start of Civil War Talk Radio‘s sixth season took me completely by surprise. I’ve manged to listen to the first episode from August 28 dealing with Wade Hampton, but I still need to catch up on the September 4 episode as well before this afternoon’s new episode airs at 2 PM Central. Look for a complete review of today’s show sometime tonight or on Saturday. The first two missed episodes will be posted to their actual air dates, and I’ll do a brief post linking to them on the day they are posted.

Brett,
Looking forward to hearing guest Steve Stanley today – he’ll be talking about our book The Complete Gettysburg Guide, as well as his mapping processes and photography. Should be a great show!

JD,
I hadn’t realized Mr. Stanley was the guest today until I listened to it. Gerry was thoroughly impressed that Steve is able to make a living solely on Civil War map making. I was as well. My summary of today’s episode is now live.
