I have also changed open fire range for small arms and reduced accuracy and chances of a hit.

The CSA Cavalry is armed with Carbines/Rifles

This is my first scenario and I welcome all cxonstructive criticism. 
I am not sure if the victory necessary for the various grades are right - feedback will give me a clue

The USA starts with 60 rounds per man and the CSA 40. Life is hard.
