Reorganized Confederates 1.0

Why:

I got tired of the unwieldiness of the historical
Confederate organization, so I decided to put 
together this little mod to make some desperately
needed changes. I have assumed that Joe Johnston
has pulled his rank and taken command of the Army.
He immediately sees the need to split Beauregarde's
command into two divisions, but this causes Pierre
to throw a tantrum and refuse to take command of
one of the new divisions. To him it is clearly a
demotion. Therefore, he storms off to Richmond to
complain to Jeff Davis (Fat lot of good that will
do him).

With Pierre out of the way, Johnston splits the
original Army of the Potomac into two Divisions
under Bonham and Longstreet. He also redsignates
his old command as the 3rd Division of the Army
of the Potomac under Jackson. Johnston also
redistributes the artillery and cavalry for more
balance between the divisions. As a final measure,
he places all of the independent infantry regiments
into existing brigades.

All of this takes a couple of days, while for our
purposes, McDowell sits on his behind trying to
decide what to do. In the meanwhile, the rest of
Johnston's command arrives from the Valley.

To be fair, the time delay has allowed Scott to
foward a battery (F, 4th US) from the Washington
defenses, which is added to the 4th Division, giving
them some much needed artillery support. Also,
Patterson has been ordered to send reinforcements,
but he can only spare the unbrigaded 11th Indiana
(I had to include Hoosiers somehow).

How:

Simply copy the units.csv file into the following directory
(this may be different if you changed the default installation):

C:\Program Files\Activision Value\Civil War Bull Run\Data Files

If you find that you loathe what I have done, simply delete
the units.csv file and Open Play will be restored to the
default organizations.

I decided to arm the Confederate cavalry with shotguns
and pistols. It just did not seem right with them having
breechloaders.
