This scenario was built for Mad Minute Games Civil War Bull Run version 1.11 (with patch). 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS. 

Unzip the .mmg file in your CWBR/Scenarios folder.  Launch the game, select Custom Scenarios, 
select 2BR-002_28Aug62_Gibbon (Union Brigade) Beta, and play.

GAME INFORMATION.

Command: 4th Brigade, 1st Division, III Corps, Army of Virginia (Brig Gen John Gibbon)

Time: 5:20 p.m. 28 August 1862

Length of play: 40 minutes (1720-1800)

Weather = 800 yards visibility

Embedded Mods:  Tim's Blackhat Sprite Set, Wrangler's Slower Movement Mod, Wrangler's Sound Mod, 
and Beagler's Reduced Fire and Effects Mod.

Background: You are Brig Gen John Gibbon, Commander, 4th Brigade, 1st Division, III Corps, 
Army of Virginia.  Your brigade has been on the road for many days--marching and 
countermarching--as General Pope tries to maneuver the Army of Virgina into a position to 
destroy Maj Gen "Stonewall" Jackson's Corps.  

Situation:  The 1st Division is on the road enroute to Centreville, VA.  Brig Gen Hatch's 
1st Brigade is in the lead, followed by your brigade, then Doubleday's and Patrick's Brigades.  
Follow behind Hatch's brigade once they begin their movement forward.

Mission:  March to Centreville.  

Forces Available:

Your command consists of 4 regiments of Infantry.

The order of march for your brigade is as follows:  6th WI, 2nd WI, 7th WI, and 19th IN.

- Small Arms for Union have been "generalized" to the US M1861 Springfield; Confederates have 
been "generalized" to the 1853 British Enfield.  Actual arms carried by each regiment are 
unknown at this time but will be posted once revealed through historical research.
- Effective Strengths of Union regiments were derived from Union morning reports as of 27 Aug 1862.
- Effective Strengths of Confederate regiments were derived from Confederate morning reports 
as of 26 Aug 1862.
