My email and my name keep showing up as LEAVE A COMMENT. Is it possible to fix this?

That is saved only on your computer if you are referring to the fields below the “Leave a Comment” phrase. When I go to any page on my site, for instance, my name and email address show up for me because I’ve left a comment in the past. If you don’t want to see that, simply clear the forms on your browser and instruct it to stop saving form data.
