Bull Run: Take Command 1861 Flags Mods

The graphics in BRTC1861 can be altered and added into play. Graphics are a bit trickier than sounds to change. The flags for each unnit can be changed. This will allow modders to model flags present at Second Bull Run which did not come with the stock game. I will post more here as I learn more. (NOTE: I am still a novice at how some of the files in the game work, so any incorrect information posted here is my fault and my fault alone. As I learn how all of the files work, I can assure you I will eliminate any errors as quickly as possible.)
