Not much needs to be said about this movie. It is one of the best films of all time. Jodie Foster plays FBI Agent Clarice Starling, who is trying to solve a serial murder case by relying on the most notorious serial killer of all time, Dr. Hannibal Lector (Hopkins), to help guide her with clues. This is just a great movie and is by far the best of the Hannibal trilogy. It is the only one of the three I wanted on DVD. Both Foster and Hopkins are magnificent in this movie, and I feel that it has a sort of X-Files feel to it (before anyone knew of the X-Files). This is a must-own movie on DVD. Buy it. You won't be sorry!
